By accessing or using the Meridian platform and any associated services, content, or features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meridian Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. ("Meridian", "we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. Your continued access to or use of the Service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
The Service is operated by Meridian Capital Markets Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Meridian is an independent information and research service that provides yield opportunity data, risk-rated protocol comparisons, and analytical commentary relating to digital asset markets. The Service aggregates data from third-party sources, applies a proprietary risk methodology, and presents the results for informational purposes.
Meridian is an information service. We do not: (a) provide regulated financial advice; (b) custody client assets; (c) execute transactions on your behalf; (d) hold or transfer client funds; (e) act as a broker, dealer, or fiduciary in any capacity.
Users retain full custody and control of their digital assets at all times. Any action taken with respect to a digital asset protocol is taken by you, at your sole discretion and risk, through the relevant protocol's own interface.
Meridian Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. is not licensed or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) or any other financial regulator in any jurisdiction.
The Service does not constitute, and shall not be construed as constituting:

All content, design, software, data compilations, risk methodology, rating systems, visual presentation, and other materials on the Service are the exclusive property of Meridian or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Meridian's risk ratings, composite scores, and analytical frameworks are proprietary methodologies developed and owned by Meridian. They may not be reproduced, licensed, or used as the basis for any competing or derivative information product without Meridian's prior written consent.
You retain all rights to personal data and content that you upload or submit to the Service, subject to the licence you grant to Meridian as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service incorporates data and information sourced from third parties including, without limitation, DeFiLlama, Dune Analytics, blockchain RPC nodes, protocol-published audit reports, and governance forums. Meridian processes and presents this data in good faith but does not independently verify all third-party inputs.
Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change without notice. Meridian makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of third-party data. References to third-party services or protocols do not constitute endorsement by Meridian.
Nothing contained in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
The information, analysis, and commentary provided through the Service are not personalised to your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax position, or legal circumstances. Meridian does not know your circumstances and has not assessed whether any particular investment or strategy is suitable for you.
Before making any investment or financial decision, you should consult a suitably qualified and licensed professional — including, as appropriate, a licensed financial adviser, a solicitor or barrister, and a qualified tax adviser — who can provide advice tailored to your individual circumstances and jurisdiction.
Digital asset markets involve substantial risk of loss. Yields presented on the Service are historical or projected figures and do not guarantee future returns. You may lose all capital deployed in any digital asset strategy.
Risk ratings assigned by Meridian — including the categories "Conservative", "Moderate", and "Aggressive" — are categorisations produced by the application of Meridian's published risk methodology to available data. They are not buy, sell, or hold recommendations. They are not an assessment of suitability for any particular investor. They represent Meridian's assessment of certain structural and on-chain characteristics of a protocol at the time of assessment and may change without notice.
Meridian endeavours to maintain the availability of the Service but provides no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement on the free tier of the Service. The Service may be subject to interruption for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond Meridian's control. Meridian shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Meridian does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Data presented on the Service may not reflect real-time market conditions and may contain errors or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian's aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) SGD 100; or (b) the total fees paid by you to Meridian in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Meridian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; investment losses arising from reliance on Service content; or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether Meridian has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Singapore law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meridian and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.
Meridian reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, in its sole discretion. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
Meridian may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Service with an updated "Last updated" date. Where required by applicable law, Meridian will provide advance notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Meridian's prior written consent. Meridian may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meridian with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Force Majeure. Meridian shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or disruptions to blockchain networks.
No Waiver. Failure by Meridian to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any future right to enforce it.
